Never a slow walker and always the first to laugh at anything, Bethany Phelps was the girl I was privilaged to sit nex to in AP Chemistry. Probably the sweetest person I knew with a sweet tooth to match it, I can remember seeing a movie with Bethany and having her bring roughly 15 packs of skittles to the movie theater and end up eating at least 6 of them. She was the kind of person that would make you never feel awkward and though she seems kinda quite at first, once you got to know her she really could talk and/or draw anything. Explaining things with a drawing on a sticky note really was one of her specialities, though in the end she really was claimed by a fate much too cruel for her age and happy personality. Although I have only known her for roughly 2 years and only become close with her for the last couple of months, the privilage and experience was something I will never forget or replace with anything.
