Bethany was a very sweet and positive girl. She always had a smile on her face whenever I saw her. I first met her in freshman year during Homecoming. During that time, I just moved and knew no one. I was already a bit intimidated by the entire homecoming group, but Bethany was one of the few that I remembered being really friendly and approachable. In Spanish class, I would always turn around and see that she was always working on something. A close memory that I had with her recently was doing test corrections in AP chemistry with her and Kelly. We all were stressing about our scores and were asking each other what we got for different questions. For one question that we all got wrong, we figured out we all put 3 different answers and started laughing. It was very little memories compared to many, but to me they're worth remembering.
To Bethany's Family and Close Friends:
Although I was not close to Bethany, I am genuinely sorry for her family and close friends loss. Her passing taught me many things, one of which is that I should appreciate, be more grateful, and treat the people around me well, for one day they may no longer be there. I still cannot believe that she has left us, but I hope wherever she is she will know that we all miss her greatly.
